INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Art. 13 European Regulation 2016/679
In compliance with the provisions pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 ORIGINAL MARINES S.P.A. in its capacity as Data Controller of personal data, in the person of the pro-tempore legal representative, informs about the purposes and methods of processing the personal data collected, their scope of communication and dissemination, as well as the nature of their conferment.
1. Purpose and type of data processed
The IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment, information relating to the user's behavior on site, to the pages that have been visited or searched, select and make specific ads on the site and the data relating to the browsing behavior held on the site used, for example, cookies. In the processing of personal data that can, directly or indirectly, identify your person, we try to respect a principle of strict necessity. For this reason, we have provided the Site in such a way that the use of personal data is minimized and in such a way as to limit the processing of personal data that identify you only in case of need or at the request of the authorities and police forces ( such as, for example, for data relating to traffic and your stay on the site or to your IP address) or to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site.
2. Methods and data security
Your personal data will be processed with automated tools in compliance with the principle of necessity and proportionality, avoiding the processing of personal data if the operations can be applied through the use of anonymous data or by other means. We have adopted specific security measures to prevent the loss of personal data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access but please do not forget that it is essential for the security of your data that your device is equipped with tools such as up-to-date antivirus. and that the provider providing the Internet connection guarantees the secure transmission of data through firewalls, spam filters and similar safeguards.
3. Communication and dissemination
The data may be disclosed to third parties for the performance of activities functional to the structure, such as maintenance and management of the site and more generally by all employees, including third parties (service providers, infrastructures, IT and similar). who are involved in the management and supervision of the same and duly appointed as data processors. In this case, the use by third parties will take place in full compliance with the principle of correctness and lawfulness. The transfer of data to non-EU countries is not envisaged. Otherwise, the interested parties will be communicated pursuant to art. 13, paragraph 1, letter f) of the 2016/679 European Regulation, in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation itself.The data will not be subject to disclosure

We inform you that as an interested party, in addition to the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, you also have the following rights, which you can assert by making a specific written request to the Data Controller as indicated in point 1.

5. Owner, Managers and DPO

The updated list of external data processors can be consulted by submitting a written request to the aforementioned Data Controller.

6. Terms of storage
The data will be kept for the entire duration of the browsing session on the Site and for the time necessary to carry out the purposes listed above in compliance with the terms of the law. Once these terms have elapsed, personal data will be destroyed, deleted or made anonymous (if not already collected anonymously).
7. Nature of the conference and consequences of the refusal to respond
The provision of your data, which is the subject of the processing, is optional and failure to provide it has the sole consequence of being unable to manage the requests received. For any processing of your personal data falling within the specifications set out in art. 6 of regulation 2016/679, you will be required, as per current legislation, explicit consent for each type of personal data processing.
8. Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the legitimate interest of the data controller in responding to your requests for information. In the case of receipt of curricula, the legal basis is the execution of pre-contractual measures as per your request.
For any processing of your personal data falling within the specifications set out in art. 7 of EU Regulation 2016/679, you will be required from time to time, as per current legislation, explicit consent for each type of processing of personal data.
