WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are free to return the purchased products within 30 days from receiving the order.
Upon receipt of the order you will have the opportunity to proceed with the return request in the my orders section.

Return request method
If you wish to return a product, follow the simple steps below:
1. If you are a registered user, access your account and click on "My returns”. Select the order, insert a check on the products you want to return , set the quantity and click on ASK THE RETURN. If you are not registered click on NOT REGISTERED USER in this page and insert the order number that you want to return and the email address that you used for the order, then insert a check on the products you want to return , set the quantity and click on ASK THE RETURN.
2. Check your mailbox as you will receive a confirmation email that you have to print
Contact a courier or go to a post office to send your package to the address specified in the return confirmation email. The cost of shipping is borne by the consumer.
3. Prepare your pack with the products that you want to return and put inside a print of the confirmation email (step number 2). Insert the products in the original packaging: the products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, that is in perfect condition, complete with all their elements, unused, with the original packaging and any attached material , labels and tags still attached to the product. The returned items will be checked by our warehouse to verify that they have been returned intact and in the event

Items must be entrusted to the courier within 7 days of the return declaration.
If the items will be no delivery on our warehouses within 30 days of opening return, we will consider the return as unsent and the return request will be canceled.
5. Keep the return confirmation email.
6. When the return is returned to our warehouse, we will carry out checks on the garments and, once the compliance of the latter has been ascertained, the refund will be made, with the same payment method used for the purchase.
Legal conformity gurantee - Returns for damaged, defective or incorrect items
In the event of defects and / or non-compliance, you will have the right to restore the conformity of the product, by repair or replacement, or to further remedies provided for by art 130 of the Legislative Decree n. 206/2005.
If you have received a damaged, non-compliant, defective or incorrect product, you can request repair or replacement no later than 2 (two) months from the discovery or refund of the item no later than 1 (one) month from the confirmation of the 'order. Pursuant to and for the purposes of the European Directive 44/99 / EC and articles 128 and ss. of the Italian Legislative Decree n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the products you have purchased are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers the lack of conformity of the products for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from their delivery.
To request a refund, follow the instructions indicated in the previous paragraph - "How to request a return".
Once the procedure has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the instructions to proceed with the shipment. The authorization to return the product will in no way constitute recognition of non-compliance, the existence of which must be verified by us after the return.
